Teambuilding
Translate knowledge into effective action through innovative, powerful and memorable interactions with horses.
At Dreams of Horses Farm we offer experimental team building workshops. That are unique, highly challenging and memorable. Delegates on our workshops discover how to operate at maximum effectiveness, transforming the way in which the team operates.
The combination of horsemanship with non-directive coaching creates powerful insights which facilitate the translation of knowledge into action.

Horses are adept at picking up and responding to human intention and non-verbal communication. They provide instant, honest, accurate feedback in the moment – creating experiences which get to the core of issues quickly, powerfully and effectively.
Up to 93% of meaning is communicated non-verbally. With their prey instincts and hypersensitive awareness, horses size people up instantly and accurately. They read the truth in our energy and body language and react to what they see – holding up an authentic mirror to our intention and behaviour.

Testimonials:
This was a real fun and insightful day. The exercises we went through were extremely challenging and effectively demonstrated the limits of working alone and the importance of working as a team. Only once we were all working towards the same goal and were communicating effectively were we able to achieve the goal (almost) It took nearly 2 hours to achieve the goal, using creativity, trying different methods and going back to the drawing board, utilising the stronger skills of others and getting creative with a solution “Gabor Kispeter”
During this exercise we were each asked to pick out a horse that we thought reflected ourselves from the stables. Each horse was let into the herd into a large enclosure and we were able to sit and observe the herd interacting with eachother. Although we had no idea of the horses personalities, it was uncanny as to how each horse perfectly mirrored the personality of each person in the team in the way it behaved with its herd members. The three horses that goofed around being silly, mirrored our three team members who were always playing with each other. There was the bossy one, the clowns, the shy one, the calm and dependable one. “Amelia Carthy”
I learned so much about how horses rely on non verbal communication and how much of our communication as humans is also non verbal. Thanks for a great day at the farm. The horses are kind and gentle and very patient with us bumbling humans!
